DoggieJama guarantees that any information submitted by the buyer on our website will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction,

delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues. Your personal details

including name, address, phone number and email address is never shared, sold or

otherwise DoggieJama.



Select the appropriate colour and size and then click the "Add to Basket" button located

at *Buy DoggieJama* page. You will then arrive at the shopping cart page where you can

review your purchase and subtotal. Click "Continue Shopping" to return to the Product

Option. Click "Proceed" to fill out the quick order form and submit your order. Click

"cancel" to empty your shopping basket to cancel your order.


When you order the shopping cart automatically presents you with the freight options

and cost of the total weight of your order, depending which country the order is being

delivered to.

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Australian orders can be paid by Cheque, Money Orders, Direct Deposit or PayPal. We will

email you our bank details to you within 24 hours from ordering.

All Cheques and Money Orders must be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are to be made

Delivery time, please allow 10 - 18 days.


Custom made orders take an additional 1 week.




We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible.  

If measurements fall between two sizes, select the larger size.


DoggieJama is happy to replace any product that is faulty or damaged.


      1. A request for a Return/Exchange must be done PRIOR SENDING THE COAT        

           BACK TO US by e-mail notification to: within 10 days of

           your order being dispatched from our warehouse. 

           We will confirm the difference in price if you are exchanging for a larger size    

           and attach return envelope with your stamp & your address.       

       2. The item must be in original packaging, unused, unwashed = quality like new.

       3. To begin, you send the item to the address:

       4. You will receive the confirmation email once the return item arrives at our warehouse.


After we receive the coat and inspect the fault, replacement item will be sent back to the

customer by Australia Post at DoggieJama's cost.  


If order is despatched by Registered Post, you will be contacted by email with mailing

date and Registered Post Number for tracking purposes.


We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please contact us if replacement

item is not received within 2 weeks.


Regret your purchase: If you regret your purchase before we have shipped it, we will be

able to give you a full refund including shipping costs. If we already shipped the goods,

shipping cost is not refunded, only the product price.


Return exception: Sorry we cannot accept returns on Custom made DoggieJama.
